CURVED MILLWORK FOR A MIAMI RESTAURANT

Zady Millworks fabricated custom bar, back-bar, and dining-room millwork for Novikov in Miami.

The main bar is defined by curved dark wood millwork and an oval wood-grain shelving structure suspended above the service area for bottle display. Behind the counters, coordinated paneling and shelving provide storage and display for spirits and glassware.

A secondary service-bar area continues the curved geometry around the working counters and refrigerated equipment.

Within the dining room, curved wood-grain partitions divide seating areas and wrap service stations. Rather than functioning as isolated pieces of furniture, the millwork follows the shapes and circulation of the restaurant and becomes part of the architecture of the dining space.
