For over two decades, Zady Millworks has been designing and building custom millwork. Founded by Ariel Dunaevschi, President and CEO, the company has built its reputation since 1998 on uncompromising quality and artistic excellence.     Contact us via call, email, text, WhatsApp, or our online form with the details of your project. If you have blueprints, renderings, elevation drawings, or AutoCAD/SketchUp files, share them with us—we’ll review everything thoroughly. If you’re starting from scratch, no problem. We’ll guide you through every step, explore design options, and create renderings to bring your vision to life.

  2. Design & Proposal

    Based on your project details and timeline, we’ll prepare a detailed, tailored quote. Along with pricing, you’ll receive a clear plan outlining every step, so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

  3. Project Planning

    After approving the proposal, we’ll take an initial deposit, finalize scheduling, and coordinate installation dates that fit your timeline.

  4. Installation & Satisfaction

    Our expert craftsmen handle the installation with the highest standards of quality and precision. We walk you through the completed work, and the project is only considered finished when you are fully satisfied, at which point the remaining balance is collected.

We serve homes and businesses across South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties — from our Dania Beach shop, handling design, fabrication, and installation throughout the region. We occasionally take on projects elsewhere in Florida and out of state, though South Florida is where we work most.

We select materials from trusted suppliers based on each project’s design, durability, and finish requirements, and we work closely with our suppliers on every order.

Most kitchens run about 4–8 weeks from approved proposal to installation, depending on the size and complexity of the design. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear, detailed schedule tailored to your project.

Yes, we offer full design services, including 3D renderings and shop drawings. Our designers collaborate closely with you to create solutions tailored to your vision and space.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a defect in our workmanship shows up after installation, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors, working from existing plans or refining designs to achieve both exceptional aesthetics and functional excellence.

Our commercial and corporate work includes the Novikov restaurant in Miami, Häagen-Dazs retail locations and mall kiosks, Teleperformance in Miami Beach, and The Worx in Orlando. Photographs of each are in our commercial and offices galleries. We also do a large volume of private residential work, which we keep confidential unless a homeowner tells us otherwise.
