Today, Zady Millworks operates from our Dania Beach shop, where we design, fabricate, and install custom kitchens, closets, built-ins, wall paneling, doors, and one-of-a-kind architectural millwork.

CUSTOM MILLWORK BUILT IN SOUTH FLORIDA SINCE 2011

Zady Millworks was established in 2011 by Ariel Dunaevschi.

What began with individual projects grew over the years through hands-on experience, new capabilities, and increasingly complex work. That evolution eventually became the full-service millwork company Zady Millworks is today.

From our Dania Beach shop, we now work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, and businesses throughout South Florida. Some clients come to us with complete architectural drawings and specifications. Others come with an idea and need help developing it into something that can be built.

In either case, our role is the same: understand the space, work through the details, fabricate the project properly, and carry it through installation.

HOW IT WORKS

Every project starts differently, but our process is designed to take the work from an initial idea or set of plans through fabrication and installation.

  1. Tell Us About Your Project

    Start with whatever you have.

    That may be architectural drawings, elevations, renderings, AutoCAD files, SketchUp models, reference images, or simply an idea for the space.

    We review the project, discuss what you are looking to build, and determine what is needed to move forward.

  2. Design & Proposal

    Once the scope is clear, we develop the project in enough detail to prepare a proposal.

    Depending on the project, this may include refining dimensions, layouts, materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details. If design development is needed, we can also prepare drawings and 3D renderings.

  3. Final Details & Production Planning

    After the proposal is approved, we confirm field measurements, drawings, material selections, and the details required for fabrication.

    We also coordinate production and installation with the overall project schedule when the millwork is part of a larger renovation or construction project.

  4. Fabrication & Installation

    The millwork is fabricated in our Dania Beach shop and installed on site by our team.

    After installation, we review the completed work and address any remaining adjustments or finishing details.

We primarily serve Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County, and we also take on selected residential and commercial projects throughout Florida.

We work with a wide range of materials sourced from the United States and Europe, including prefinished and unfinished wood veneers, custom lacquer finishes, melamines, decorative panels, plywood, glass, and specialty materials selected for each project.

Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project, materials, and site conditions. Many residential projects are completed within several weeks after the design and proposal are approved, while larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

Yes. We can develop a project from your measurements and ideas, including 3D renderings and detailed shop drawings, or work directly from plans prepared by your architect or interior designer.

Yes. We regularly work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors, and can fabricate directly from approved architectural or design drawings.

We review the completed work with you after installation and address any adjustments or finishing details that may be required.

Our commercial work includes offices, restaurants, retail environments, hospitality spaces, and other custom interiors in South Florida and elsewhere in the state, for clients including the Novikov restaurant in Miami, Häagen-Dazs, Teleperformance in Miami Beach, and The Worx in Orlando.
