ONE MATERIAL LANGUAGE THROUGHOUT THE HOME
This Bal Harbour residence brings multiple rooms together through custom-stained wood veneer. Zady Millworks fabricated the kitchen cabinetry, wet bar, living room built-ins, media room millwork, primary bedroom cabinetry, entry doors, primary closet, and bathroom vanities.
The kitchen centers on a long island with extensive drawer storage and a built-in oven. Along the perimeter, floor-to-ceiling veneer cabinetry integrates the refrigerator, double wall ovens, and full-height storage into a continuous wall of millwork.
An arched wet bar combines veneer cabinetry with floating shelves and integrated LED lighting. In the living room, a full-wall built-in incorporates open shelving, illuminated display niches, and a floating drawer base. The media room continues the same material language with a recessed television, open cubbies, floating cabinetry, and flush wall paneling.
In the primary bedroom, full-height veneer paneling creates the headboard wall, complemented by rounded nightstands and a curved dresser. The walk-in closet adds LED-lit shelving, drawer storage, hanging sections, and open shoe storage, while floating veneer vanities carry the millwork into the bathrooms.
